I just wanted to say thank you so much for teaching the whole Brodrick family on Saturday 6th. It was a lovely day spent together, learning, having fun and being taught with humour, patience and expert knowledge. From learning how to peel garlic (I have spent a lifetime getting frustrated with bits of garlic peel sticking to my fingers!) to new ways to cook potatoes, I came away with confidence to try these new techniques at home. I would recommend these classes to anyone without hesitation. Can I say how much I enjoyed my Indian cooking course with your good selves, it really was a magical day and great fun. It certainly inspired me to assemble my own masala tin and rescources and I have already cooked some of the dishes I learnt on the day. I would certainly |

We had such a great time. I'd really recommend doing this class with a partner, friend, or as a family group - it's so much fun. You make really delicious exciting food, and I feel so much more confident about knocking up all sorts of different curries using my masala box now!

I had a fantastic time at the cooking class - Lilly is a great teacher - everything was explained clearly, many tips were imparted and all of the food (and there was a lot of it!) was delicious. Worth every penny and I highly recommend it! Please pass on my thanks to your mum for the fabulous course, I enjoyed every bit of it and she was a wonderful, infectiously enthusiastic host! All the food I brought home disappeared within minutes and I am planning to replace it all this week with my solitary attempts at the potato and spinach curry and the mung bean dhal – I am taking orders for it in my household! Many thanks again for all – once I have mastered these recipes, I am sure that I shall be coming back for more! |
I would highly recommend this class to anyone - what made it so great This was a relaxed, informal, friendly and fun environment in which to learn. A brilliant way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Thanks again for the session which I thoroughly enjoyed!
