A class dedicated to learning how to make Farsan, all those lovely things you would have as a starter or on the side.

On arrival you will be greeted with a cup of our house blended chai over which we introduce the day's lesson.

Lalita will then speak about the spices and their use, how and when to temper the spices and balance between flavours.

This day will give you the confidence to recreate what you have learnt at your home.

The day includes making

Bhujia......................................... The classic addition to any indian meal, made with gram flour, onion, fenugreek and spices, the combination of which work wonderfully

Butteta vada........................
A delicious ball made from potato, onion, ginger, coriander and spices, dipped into a batter made from gram flour and cooked,, heavenly eaten hot

Tikki Puri........................
Puri are made with a spicy dough rolled into discs which are then fried, as an acompaniment to a meal, delicious, as a snack with chai, perfect.

This day will give you the confidence to recreate what you have learnt at your home, and will mean that you will never eat badly
