The class
Full day 10am - 5pm (including an hour for lunch)

On arrival you will be greeted with a cup of our house blended chai over which we introduce the day's lesson, you will all receive your own spice dubba to keep, a traditional steel tin which contains all the spices you will need to recreate the recipes that you learn during the class.
A quick overview of health and safety
Then Lalita will speak briefly about the spices and their use, how and when to temper the spices and balance between flavours
